Dale Kwarciany is
a graduate of St. Ignatius High School, John Carroll University, and Cleveland Marshall
Law School. He became licensed to practice law in Ohio in November, 1976. For the next two
years he worked as a judicial law clerk for the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. In
1979, Mr. Kwarciany joined Don C. Iler Co., L.P.A. as an associate, handling
plaintiffs personal injury work, including medical malpractice and products
liability cases. In March, 1986, Mr. Kwarciany joined the law firm of Jacobson, Maynard,
Tuschman and Kalur Co., L.P.A., undertaking the defense of physicians and hospitals sued
for medical malpractice. In 1990, Mr. Kwarciany became managing partner of Jacobson,
Maynards newly opened satellite office in St. Louis, MO., where he obtained both a
Missouri and Illinois license to practice law. In 1993, Mr. Kwarciany returned to
Northeastern Ohio, working in his firms Youngstown office for the next eighteen
months. In 1995, Mr. Kwarciany was transferred back to Cleveland, and in February, 1997,
he was appointed head of Jacobson, Maynards appellate division. He joined Douglas K.
Fifner Co., L.P.A. in February 1998.
Mr. Kwarciany is a member of the Ohio, Missouri, and Illinois state bar associations.
He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute, Ohio Academy of Civil Trial
Attorneys, and Cleveland Academy of Civil Trial Attorneys. He and his wife, Linda,
currently live in North Royalton, Ohio, with their two sons.
